About Us

For nearly three decades, Bob was more than just a grill cook—he was the heart and flavor behind so many of the meals our customers came to know and love. Over 28 incredible years, he built a legacy of consistency, care, and craftsmanship that helped shape who we are today. From perfectly grilled favorites to the welcoming presence he brought into the kitchen every day, Bob left a lasting mark on our team and our community.
As we celebrate his well-earned retirement, we’re also excited to step into a new chapter. We’re proud to welcome Chef Victor to our kitchen. With 25 years of culinary experience and a deep passion for grilling and quality cooking, Victor brings both fresh energy and seasoned expertise to the role. He shares the same dedication to excellence that Bob championed, and he’s committed to honoring that legacy while continuing to elevate the flavors you’ve come to expect.
While faces may change, our commitment remains the same—serving great food, made with care, in a place that feels like home. We’re grateful for the years Bob gave us, and we’re excited for everything ahead with Chef Victor leading the grill.

My boyfriend and I were looking to go somewhere different after working all week, saw this little place and decided to try it. Such a great place!! He had the Ribeye and it was AMAZING!!! It literally melted in your mouth. I had the chicken strips which were also delicious! Our waitress was super sweet, she was right on top of everything, she was wonderful. It was a great atmosphere, little candles on the table and the lighting was low but you were still able to see everything. It was a great date night for us, we'll be back!
